You may be entitled to participate in a class action that has been certified in relation to residents at Brentwood Care Centre who became infected with COVID-19 at any time between April 16, 2020 and July 9, 2020 (“Class Period”) or had a spouse, adult interdependent partner or parent who became ill from or died from COVID-19 during this period.
