FCA Air Suspension Defect Class Action

Napoli Shkolnik Canada has launched a proposed Canada-wide class action concerning certain 2013–2020 Dodge Ram 1500, Ram Rebel, and Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles equipped with the optional 4-Corner Air Suspension system.

The lawsuit alleges that these vehicles were sold with a defective air suspension system that can fail in cold weather. In colder climates like Canada, moisture and condensation may cause the suspension compressor and related components to malfunction. When this happens, the suspension system may stop working properly and can lead to additional damage to other parts of the vehicle.

Owners and lessees of affected vehicles have reported problems such as:

• Suspension failure in cold temperatures
• Repeated warning errors and system malfunctions
• Costly repairs or replacement of the air suspension system
• Damage to related components such as tires, brakes, and steering parts
• Vehicle downtime and inconvenience
• Reduced resale value
