Certification Granted

Napoli Shkolnik Canada represents Mr. Bees in a class action against the Government of Canada for alleged abuse that occurred on Canadian Armed Forces bases.

On November 27, 2024 the Honourable Justice Neufeld rendered his decision certifying the case as a class action. The class includes:

• minors who were the victims of sexual misconduct on a Canadian forces base by Father Angus McRae, including sexual abuse committed directly by Father Angus McRae or with his participation, encouragement, or facilitation.

As this is now a certified class action, we encourage any former victims of abuse by Father McRae to contact us to have your stories heard.
